Ipoh International Run 3-7-2011

its ipoh international run..
every year sure got this event..
and last time when im still studying in secondary school..
i used to register for this iir..
but at the end i didnt make it..
cause cant wake up..
and for this year..
i can make it!!
finally!!
and maybe this year is my last year to join this iir..
cause all my friends is in upper six this year..
after they graduate sure go other place continue their further studies..
so nobody will for this iir anymore..

during national service that time..

cause she look so so so cute and like japanese.. 

so is like after starwalk, then iir..

i love exercise very much seriously..

like the feeling of sweating so much..

the feel damn syok..

is exercise sweat but not hot sweat..

and this is the differences between starwalk and iir..

starwalk is like so so so many ppl right..

iir is less ppl..

cause this is my first time to see black people at ipoh..

all i saw is all at kl..
